Summary

This study is for people with a rare type of skin cancer called mucosal melanoma that has been completely removed by surgery and tests positive for PD-L1. The trial compares adding the immunotherapy drug sintilimab to standard chemotherapy versus chemotherapy alone to see if the combination helps prevent the cancer from coming back. About 220 participants will be followed for at least two years to measure recurrence and safety.
