Inclusion Criteria: * Age\>18 years * Diagnosis of chronic sinusitis (with or without nasal polyposis), perennial allergic rhinitis, or normal sinuses/absence of allergy Exclusion Criteria: * Use of immunosuppressants * Immunodeficiency * Inability to stop sinusitis related medications for 10 days
