First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study compares a single, higher-dose radiation treatment to the usual 5-10 sessions for people with cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if one session can provide longer-lasting relief from symptoms like pain. About 100 participants will be followed for up to a year to measure how long the benefit lasts.
