First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This pilot study tests whether a single online therapy session can reduce unhealthy eating thoughts and behaviors in university students aged 18-25 who are at risk but do not have a diagnosed eating disorder. Participants will complete questionnaires before and after a guided session with a trained therapist. The goal is to see if one brief intervention can improve how students value themselves beyond weight and shape.
