Summary

This pilot study tests whether a single online therapy session can reduce unhealthy focus on weight, shape, or muscularity in at-risk university students aged 18-25. Participants will complete questionnaires before and after the session to measure changes in eating disorder symptoms and self-esteem. The goal is to see if a brief, accessible intervention can help young adults before serious problems develop.
