Can simulated surgery drills make real teams safer?

Summary
This study will test a training program where new surgical residents, anesthesia nurses, and operating room nurses practice working together in simulated scenarios. The goal is to see if this team training improves their confidence in teamwork and their readiness to learn together. About 30 participants will complete two sessions and fill out surveys before and after the training.
