Simulation training may boost epidural success for new doctors

Summary
This study tests whether practicing on a simulator before real patients helps anesthesia residents place epidurals more successfully. 86 residents will be randomly assigned to either simulation training or standard training. The goal is to see if simulation leads to more successful placements and fewer complications.
