Summary

This study looks at whether a virtual simulation experience can help nursing students and clinical faculty better understand and handle racism and hidden bias. About 450 participants will complete training, then be assessed for changes in cultural humility and awareness. The goal is to see if this approach is useful and acceptable for improving care.
