New drug SIM0610 enters first human tests for advanced cancers

Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug, SIM0610, for the first time in people. It aims to see if the drug is safe and tolerable for adults with advanced solid tumors, including lung, colorectal, head and neck, and liver cancers. The study will also look for early signs that the drug can shrink tumors. About 260 participants will be enrolled across multiple centers.
