Summary
This study tests three different fluoride gels—silver diamine fluoride, sodium fluoride with CPP-ACP, and acidulated phosphate fluoride—to see which one works best at stopping and preventing cavities in young children. About 90 healthy kids with at least one untreated cavity will take part. The goal is to find a simple, non-drilling way to manage early childhood tooth decay.
