Summary

This study tests three different fluoride gels—silver diamine fluoride, sodium fluoride with CPP-ACP, and acidulated phosphate fluoride—to see which one best stops and prevents cavities in young children. About 90 healthy kids with at least one untreated cavity will take part. The goal is to find a simple, non-drilling treatment that works well for early childhood tooth decay.
