First seen Mar 06, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tested a special silver-plated dressing in 17 breast cancer patients receiving radiation therapy. The dressing was changed weekly and worn for two extra weeks after treatment ended. The goal was to see if it could reduce severe skin reactions like redness, peeling, or sores. Results will show how many patients developed serious skin problems and how satisfied they were with the dressing.
