Summary

This study tested whether a special silver-plated dressing can reduce severe skin reactions in breast cancer patients receiving radiation therapy. Seventeen patients wore the dressing during and for two weeks after treatment. The goal was to see if fewer patients developed painful skin peeling or redness.
