First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a dietary supplement made from silver fir branches, called Belinal®, is safe for the liver and kidneys. Fifteen healthy adults took the supplement daily for 14 days, and researchers measured their blood for signs of liver or kidney stress. The goal was to check for any harmful effects, not to treat a disease.
