This study tested a new type of urinary catheter (Silq ClearTract) in 115 adults who need a catheter for at least 6 months. The goal was to see if it causes fewer infections, blockages, and other issues compared to standard catheters. Researchers also looked at treatment costs and buildup on the catheter.
