Summary
This study tested whether silkworm pupa tablets can improve nutrition and reduce frailty in people who had surgery for stomach, colorectal, esophageal, or pancreatic cancer. 120 participants took the tablets for 3 months. Researchers measured weight, frailty, muscle mass, and quality of life to see if the supplement helps recovery.
