Summary
This study tests whether adding silibinin (a liver-protecting supplement) to standard chemotherapy can improve outcomes for people newly diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). About 100 adults will be randomly assigned to receive chemo with or without silibinin. The goal is to see if the combination leads to higher remission rates and longer survival.
