Can new scanners spot liver disease without MRI?

Summary
This study compares newer CT and ultrasound methods to standard MRI for finding fat and scarring in the liver. About 45 adults with liver disease will get a special CT scan, an MRI, and an ultrasound. The goal is to see if these newer tests can reliably detect liver problems, which could lead to simpler and faster diagnosis in the future.
