NCT ID NCT06919224

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a mobile app that gives patients with sickle cell disease easy-to-use guidelines can help them have fewer emergency room visits and hospital stays. About 287 adults with sickle cell disease will use the app along with a booklet, or just the booklet alone. The goal is to see if the app helps people manage their condition better and saves money on healthcare.
