New cancer drug begins first human tests

Summary

This is a first-in-human study to test the safety and find the right dose of an experimental drug called SIBP-A13 for people with advanced solid tumors. It will enroll 144 adults whose cancer has progressed despite standard treatments. The main goals are to see how the body handles the drug and to check for any serious side effects.
