Can a Dual-Action antibody outsmart advanced solid tumors?
NCT ID NCT07744243
First seen Aug 04, 2026 · Last updated Aug 27, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This phase 1 trial is evaluating an investigational drug called SI-B036, a bispecific antibody designed to target cancer cells in a unique way. The study will enroll about 30 adults with locally advanced or metastatic urological tumors or other solid tumors. The main goals are to assess the safety, tolerability, and appropriate dosing of SI-B036, while also looking for early signs of its anti-tumor activity.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only, not medical advice or a prediction.
- Active substance
- SI-B036 bispecific antibody injection
- What this could lead to
- If successful, this could lead to a new treatment option for advanced urological and other solid tumors, potentially slowing disease progression.
- What could go wrong
- This is an early-phase trial with a small number of participants, so the drug may not be effective or may cause significant side effects. The results are preliminary and require further study.
