Summary
This study tests a new drug called HCB101 combined with standard cancer treatments for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to prior therapy. The trial has two parts: first, finding the safest dose, then testing that dose in specific cancer types. About 500 adults will take part to see if the combination is safe and can shrink tumors.
