Summary

This study tests a new drug called SI-B001 combined with chemotherapy in 69 adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that no longer responds to standard treatments. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow the disease. Participants must have a specific genetic type (EGFR and ALK wild-type) and have already tried immunotherapy with or without chemo.
