Summary
This study tests a new drug called SHR-A1811 in 300 people with ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that no longer responds to platinum-based chemotherapy. Participants will receive either SHR-A1811 or a standard chemotherapy chosen by their doctor. The main goal is to see if the new drug can delay cancer growth and improve survival.
