Summary
This early study tests a new drug called SHR-3821 combined with another drug, fruquintinib, in people with advanced colorectal cancer that has not responded to at least two standard treatments. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can shrink tumors. Only 12 participants will be enrolled to get initial results.
