Summary
This early study tests a new drug called SHR-3821 combined with fruquintinib in people with advanced colorectal cancer that has not responded to at least two prior treatments. The main goals are to check safety and see if the combination can shrink tumors. Only 12 participants will be enrolled to gather initial data.
