Summary
This study tested whether low-load shoulder exercises with a blood flow restriction cuff work as well as traditional heavy lifting for building shoulder muscle, strength, and endurance. Twenty-three healthy adults trained twice a week for four weeks. The goal was to see if the gentler method could match the results of standard training.
