New study tests Hands-On therapy for stiff, painful shoulders

Summary
This study is testing which of two physical therapy techniques works better for people with frozen shoulder. It will compare a standard hands-on mobilization technique with and without an extra lifting movement of the shoulder blade. The goal is to see which approach helps reduce pain and improve shoulder movement and function more effectively.
