Summary
This study is testing which of two specific hands-on physical therapy techniques works better for people with frozen shoulder. It will involve 42 adults aged 40-60 who have this condition. Researchers will measure changes in pain, shoulder movement, and ability to do daily tasks after the therapy sessions.
