Summary

This study is testing a specific surgical technique for repairing large, difficult-to-fix tears in the shoulder's rotator cuff. It will follow 35 adults for one year after surgery to see if the technique improves their shoulder function, quality of life, and sleep. The goal is to gather reliable data on how well this approach works for patients.
