New shoulder surgery aims to restore movement and sleep
NCT ID NCT07375277
Summary
This study is testing a specific surgical technique for people with large, hard-to-fix tears in their shoulder's rotator cuff. Doctors will move a healthy shoulder tendon to help support a partial repair of the torn cuff, aiming to improve shoulder function, quality of life, and sleep. The study will follow 35 patients for one year after their surgery to see how well the technique works.
