NCT ID NCT06905093

First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looks at whether exercising the arm that isn't in a sling can help keep strength and muscle in the arm that had shoulder surgery. About 42 adults will be split into three groups: standard care, eccentric exercises, or concentric exercises for the non-immobilized arm. The goal is to see if this approach leads to faster recovery and better muscle function after surgery.
