App aims to boost recovery after shoulder surgery

Summary
This study is testing if a digital health platform called Band Connect can help people stick to their at-home physical therapy exercises after shoulder surgery. Researchers want to see if better exercise compliance leads to less pain, faster recovery, and higher satisfaction for patients and therapists. The study will enroll about 500 adults who are having shoulder replacement or rotator cuff repair surgery.
