Summary
This study tested two types of nerve blocks to manage pain after shoulder surgery. 60 adults received either a standard block near the neck or a newer block near the shoulder blade. The goal was to see which one reduces the need for strong painkillers and has fewer breathing side effects. Results will help doctors choose safer pain relief options.
