Summary

This study tests a structured shoulder exercise program in amateur volleyball players aged 18-30 who have shoulder instability without a history of dislocation. Participants will either do the exercises three times a week for 8 weeks or follow a wait-and-see approach. The goal is to see if the program reduces pain and improves shoulder function and quality of life.
