Summary

This study tests if a specific set of shoulder exercises can reduce pain and improve function in amateur volleyball players with shoulder instability. 22 players aged 18-30 will either do the exercises for 8 weeks or follow a wait-and-see approach. The goal is to see if a structured program works better than doing nothing.
