Summary
This study looked at whether explosive plyometric push-ups or unstable Bosu ball push-ups better improve shoulder stability and strength in cricketers. 44 competitive players aged 18-26 with no recent shoulder injuries took part. They performed one type of push-up and were tested on shoulder control, endurance, and strength. The goal was to find the best exercise for preventing injuries and boosting performance.
