New rehab approach aims to speed shoulder recovery after surgery
NCT ID NCT06851650
Summary
This study tested whether starting specific shoulder blade strengthening exercises earlier in recovery helps people heal better after rotator cuff surgery. Researchers compared two rehab programs in 30 adults who had the surgery. One group started these exercises in the first week, while the other started them later, to see which approach improved shoulder movement and strength more.
