Summary
This study is testing two different physical therapy approaches to help cricket fast bowlers who have shoulder pain and limited movement. Researchers want to see if combining specific movement retraining exercises with joint mobilization works better than standard stretching and strengthening exercises. The study involves 42 male bowlers aged 18-45 who have had shoulder pain for at least 3 months.
