New therapy aims to keep cricket bowlers in the game
NCT ID NCT07229274
Summary
This study is testing two different physical therapy approaches to help cricket fast bowlers with shoulder pain and limited movement. Researchers want to see if combining specific movement training with joint mobilization works better than standard stretching exercises. The study involves 42 male bowlers aged 18-45 who have had shoulder pain for over 3 months and restricted shoulder rotation.
