Summary
This study tests a procedure called shoulder radiofrequency ablation (SRFA) to relieve long-term shoulder pain caused by rotator cuff problems or arthritis. Ten adults aged 50 and older who have not found relief from standard treatments like physical therapy or injections will receive SRFA. Researchers will track pain levels and strength for up to a year to see if the treatment is safe and effective.
