Summary
This study looked at whether a treatment called ultrasound-guided percutaneous neuromodulation (a type of needle therapy) can help CrossFit athletes with shoulder pain that has no clear cause. 42 athletes took part. The goal was to see if the treatment could improve shoulder strength, movement, and muscle function. The results may help create better ways to manage this common injury.
