First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This study looked at 75 adults with shoulder pain (subacromial pain syndrome). All did shoulder exercises for three weeks. One group also did back extension exercises, and another group had kinesio tape applied to the upper back. The goal was to see if these add-ons improved pain, movement, and strength better than shoulder exercises alone.
