Simple Add-Ons may ease stubborn shoulder pain

Summary

This study looked at whether adding either special back stretches or kinesio tape to regular shoulder exercises could help adults with shoulder pain. 75 people with shoulder pain for at least 6 weeks took part. They did shoulder exercises 5 days a week for 3 weeks, and one group also did back stretches while another group wore tape. The goal was to see if these extras improved pain, movement, and strength better than exercises alone.
