Summary
This study looked at whether adding a cortisone injection and a mild fluid stretch to standard physiotherapy helps reduce shoulder pain in people recovering from a stroke. It involved 50 adults in a rehabilitation program. The goal was to see if the combined treatment improves daily activities and sleep better than physiotherapy alone.
