Warm saline may soothe shoulder pain after gallbladder surgery

Summary
This study tests whether using warm salt water (saline) and adding numbing medicine during gallbladder surgery can reduce shoulder pain afterward. About 216 adults having their gallbladder removed will take part. The goal is to find a simple way to make recovery more comfortable.
