Summary

This study tests whether a treatment made from a patient's own cells can safely reduce pain and swelling from shoulder osteoarthritis. Researchers will first treat 50 people, then expand to 4,000. The goal is to see if the therapy helps with daily activities and possibly rebuilds cartilage.
