Summary
This study looked at whether special exercise programs (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization and Gyrotonic training) can help athletes aged 18-25 with shoulder injuries. 90 athletes took part in supervised rehab three times a week for six weeks. Researchers measured pain, shoulder function, and stability to see if these methods work better than usual training.
