Summary
This study looked at 132 adults getting vitamin B12 shots to see if using a ShotBlocker device, a cold needle, or both together could lower pain and boost satisfaction. Participants rated their pain and satisfaction after the injection. The goal is to find simple ways to make routine injections more comfortable.
