Summary
This study tests whether shortwave diathermy, a type of deep heat therapy, can reduce pain and improve hand function in people with hand osteoarthritis. 36 adults aged 35-75 with hand osteoarthritis will receive either real or placebo shortwave treatments. Researchers will measure changes in pain, grip strength, and daily hand use.
